Daily Dose: Grumpy days…

You know those days, when you wake up and don’t want to leave your warm cozy bed. You live out your morning half asleep, miserable that you had to put real people clothes on.

On those days – do 20 pushups and scream loudly into a pillow. And then get yourself together, drink some coffee/tea and MAKE A NOTE TO GO TO BED EARLIER.

Remember that unless you had no control over staying up late, it was fully our decision to get that little of sleep. So don’t whine about it. Sleep.
